UAE PRO Services & Government Liaison

License renewals, document attestation, immigration filings, Emirates ID, Chamber of Commerce, MoFA and MoE — every UAE government counter, handled by our in-house Public Relations Officers across all 7 emirates since 2013.

What Our PRO Team Does

A Public Relations Officer (PRO) is the UAE-specific role of liaising with government departments on your behalf — immigration, labor, economic department, chamber of commerce, ministry of foreign affairs. Without one, you queue. With us, you don’t.

Trade License Renewals

Annual renewals across DED Dubai, DET Abu Dhabi, SEDD Sharjah and all Free Zone authorities. Reminders 60 days ahead, fines avoided.

Immigration & Labor Cards

GDRFA / ICA submissions, labor card issuance and renewals, Emirates ID applications, NOC letters for changes of sponsor.

Document Attestation

MoFA & MoE attestation for degrees, marriage certificates, birth certificates and corporate documents. Apostille support where applicable.

Chamber of Commerce & Notary

Chamber of Commerce membership, certificate-of-origin issuance, notary public attendance for power-of-attorney and agreements.

Emirates ID Renewals

EIDA / ICA appointments, biometrics scheduling, replacements for lost or damaged Emirates IDs, address updates.

License Amendments

Adding activities, changing shareholders, adding branches, name changes, share transfers — every license amendment your business needs.

How a PRO Retainer Works

Retainers cover all routine government work in a predictable monthly fee. You email or WhatsApp our team, we execute and report back.

  1. Onboarding call — we map your license, current visas, and expected workload over the next 12 months.
  2. Document handover — passports, license, MoA, existing certificates uploaded to our secure portal.
  3. Calendar built — we set reminders 60 days before every renewal and expiry on our side.
  4. Monthly execution — you request tasks by WhatsApp; we update you when each is filed and again when received.
  5. Quarterly review — we send a 1-pager of work done, pending and upcoming.

PRO Services FAQ

What exactly is a PRO?

A Public Relations Officer is a UAE-licensed individual who liaises with government bodies on behalf of a company. They submit, follow up and collect documents — saving you full days of queueing.

Does every UAE company need a PRO?

Not legally — but practically yes. Visa stamping, license renewals, attestation and Chamber filings cannot be done online end-to-end. Outsourcing a PRO is cheaper than hiring one full-time for most SMEs.

How long does MoFA attestation take?

For documents already attested in the issuing country: 2-5 working days at MoFA UAE. For documents needing prior attestation abroad (foreign ministry + UAE embassy), add 2-4 weeks depending on country.

Can you handle work in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah too?

Yes. We cover all 7 emirates. Some Abu Dhabi-specific filings (e.g. ADGED, ADRA) take an extra 1-2 days due to courier, but we manage end-to-end.
